Video files are archived only for:
- Official BentoVid events: Events with their own dedicated pages on Kondate (e.g., RICE, OPERA, etc.).
- Kollab: The event organizer uses BentoVid's Kollab subscription. Request to use Kollab here.
- BentoVid YouTube: The video is uploaded to BentoVid's YouTube channel on or after November 2026.
- Organizer request: The organizer specifically requests archiving before the event begins, allowing participants to be informed in advance.
